ABOUT US

All of the physiotherapy staff at KCP are pursuing further education in their preferred area of expertise. This ensures that at KCP you have a guarantee that we will provide you with the international best practice approach. By this we mean that the treatment that you will receive has been researched and found to be effective by way of comprehensive studies.

All physiotherapy staff at KCP has a continuing Professional Development plan which ensures that they are regularly attending training courses and staff meetings. This provides opportunity to discuss complex injuries with other physiotherapists and allows for second opinions to confirm that the treatment approach they are using is appropriate.

Where necessary, senior staff physiotherapists are available to assist with complex injuries.

Employment Opportunities

KCP consists of four clinics and 4 satellites. We are always looking for enthusiastic, dependable and motivated physiotherapists, who enjoy working on or have a desire to work on a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, to join our busy practices. We are in a steady state of growth so an employment opportunity is always available at one of our sites, and can quickly lead to the opportunity to join a site of your choice.

For both new graduates and experienced physiotherapists we pay above the industry standard. Dependant upon your contract with us, we provide financial assistance with CPD activities and a membership at a local fitness centre.

Our treatment annotations are fully computerised, including SOAP notes which have every possible test you could imagine documented (or added if you can think of one), so that the notes are as specific as possible to each body part. Apart from the software system within each clinic, each room has sky TV, music, broadband internet, voice-over-IP and instant messaging between staff (for fast and efficient assistance from the administration team or a senior physiotherapist, or for chatting if you feel lonely). Fulltime administration is on hand and typically they will load all patient details and Medical funder information for your benefit.

At KCP we offer weekly clinical in service sessions, CPD activities, unlimited access to senior physiotherapists and a supportive friendly work environment. For the physiotherapists with limited private practice experience, we offer an extensive one year formalised induction programme, ensuring comprehensive clinical development. This programme involves a weekly meeting with a senior physiotherapist for your first 6 months and a biweekly meeting for your second six months with us. We provide guidance with treatment plans and treatment as necessary. At KCP we encourage continued professional development, and it is our aim to ensure that by 3 years post graduate you have been on most courses available and have completed or at least started post graduate study if you desire.

At KCP, all staff are inducted into our clinics following a set system to ensure a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures. During this phase you will be shown our Key Quality Indicators and Key Performance Indicators. In terms of income, we offer a variety of packages ranging from: salary, salary plus commission to commission only. All the industry standards for holiday pay, statutory holidays, and sick leave will apply.

Please contact Kelly for detailed information or a copy of a job description.
